ROX RACE IS BACK! Our second Rox Race is set for Saturday June 20th with start times every 10 minutes beginning at 8:30am. You’ll perform 8 exercises in a race format, attempting to complete each one as quickly as possible. Let’s dive in…
COMPETE IN SINGLES OR DOUBLES FORMATS
Compete on your own or with a friend. Distance and rep requirements will vary between the Singles and Doubles formats. In the doubles format, while one person works, the other rests. Split the required reps or distance however you’d like.

DOUBLES REQUIREMENTS
SIGN UP FOR DOUBLES HEAT
Purchase a “Rox Race Credit - Doubles” using the link below, which will allow you to reserve TWO spots in a Rox Race DOUBLES time slot on the schedule (one for you, one for your partner - be sure to book BOTH of you).

If you’ve taken an Eleven class or exercise in general, we think you can! But, we’ll cap each station at 10 minutes so if you don’t finish before then, you’ll just move on to the next exercise and keep pushing!
