What to Expect

We realize that taking that first step into a new gym can be a little intimidating. Our team is here to help guide you through your entire experience. We’ll welcome you at the front desk, take you through a quick tour of our space, and get you set up for class. You’ll be fully prepared to attack class and get the most out of your workout with a team to support you every step of the way.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No! We of course would love for you to join as a member after your promotion, but it will NOT automatically renew. Memberships can be purchased via website/app or at the front desk.

  • Street parking is free before 8am Monday-Friday, before 9am Saturday, and before 2pm Sunday. Best options are along 4th St. and Race St. but plenty others within a block or two! We also offer discounted parking ($4 per use) at the Mabley Garage across the street from us. Validation offered at our front desk.

  • There’s no better place to be! Our instructors are trained to deliver a safe and effective workout, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Instructors will offer modifications and adjustments throughout class. As always, take class at your own pace and do what’s best for YOU.

  • You’re required to cancel class (via website or app) at least 6 hours before class time. If you cancel within the 6 hour window or if you are absent from class, the following will result:

    1.) Monthly members and promotions will be charged a $10 penalty fee.
    2.) Class packs and single class credits will result in a loss of credit.

    This helps ensure that everyone has a chance to get into class!

  • We recommend normal workout attire and comfortable gym shoes. Don’t forget a water bottle! We have water fountains and bottle fillers here.

  • YES! We have 3 showers in each of our Men’s and Women’s locker rooms. Both have ample space to shower, get ready, and head to work, home, or wherever you need to be.

  • "The class was great! Our instructor was friendly and motivating. The equipment is new and the space is well laid out. You rotate through stations, at each station you have different exercises to do. There is an instructor helping, but also tvs that have demos and an outline of the reps. The variety of exercises really gets a whole body workout and keeps you engaged. If you are looking for a class that is going to up your fitness game, this is a great option. I am very excited to have a gym like this in downtown!"
